We will treat your patients with courtesy and respect. Initial consultations will be made as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to make these convenient for your patients and your families. We will not promote or undertake any general dental treatment to your patients.
Our correspondence with referring practitioners will be efficient, concise and easy to understand. Proposed treatment will be outlined after the initial consultation and further correspondence will be sent on completion of treatment, together with a summary of the retention protocol. Our clinicians are happy to discuss any aspects of a patient’s treatment by telephone.
Treatment will be provided that is in the patient’s best interests. Patient choice and consent will be at the heart of our treatment planning and advice. We will not actively promote private options to patients who are referred for treatment under the NHS.
We put Clinical Governance at the heart of our service delivery to ensure we are delivering Best Practice for our patients. Systems are in place to ensure outcomes are monitored. Feedback from our patients is sought and acted upon. We are BDA Good Practice members.
