Lisa joined Cleveland Orthodontics as a receptionist in August 2002 and her role has gradually changed over the years as the practice has grown and expanded. She has worked in several office environments prior to this role – but says that this is the job she has enjoyed the most! She loves to see the change in patients confidence as they progress through treatment and to see how happy they are when their brace is removed.

Lisa believes that we have one of the best teams and wouldn’t change a thing!

Outside of work, Lisa likes to try and keep herself fit and has a busy timetable with different fitness classes. Both Lisa and her partner are 3rd Dan Black Belts in kickboxing and also part own a kickboxing academy. They try to finish their week off with a nice relaxing 10-12 mile walk on a Sunday.
